Pick-Up and Delivery occurs between 7:30AM and 5PM. Bags must be COMPLETELY CLOSED. There is a drawstring located on the top of the bag, please take care to securely fasten the top. Open bags WILL NOT be picked up.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure bags are available and accessible by 7:30AM to insure pick-up.
OCSC is not responsible for stolen items. Please be sure to place your laundry in a secure area that is accessible to our team members.
Delivery of your laundry bag is within 2 business days of your first Pick-Up day. All Thursday and Friday Pick-Ups will be delivered on Monday. Delivery is between 7:30AM-5PM.
Regular Pick-up and Deliveries will be moved to the following day in case of a service day following a Holiday, and occasionally, bad weather.

All laundering processes can result in normal wear and tear no matter how gentle the cycle. No “Hand Wash Only”, “Dry Clean Only” or delicate items in your bag.
OCSC assumes no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear during washing and drying, including, but not limited to holes, shrinking, fading/bleeding, missing buttons, or damage caused by items left in pockets.
Do not send cloth diapers, shoes, dry clean only items, or chemically soaked items. OCSC is a wash and fold service and does not treat stains.
Customers agree not to leave such items of clothing in the delivery bags.

OCSC will attempt to accommodate specific requests as much as possible. The customer is responsible for communicating their particular requests, including but not limited to which items they would like hung.
Our Pick-Up/Delivery Team is unable to make changes to your account.

Lost, missing or damaged bags may be replaced for $19.99 + tax.
The customer will provide hangers if requesting items returned on hangers, if hangers not provided items will be returned folded.

Billing is done monthly, weekly or bi-weekly depending on your particular needs and may not be changed mid-month.
Invoices are due upon receipt and service will not continue in the case of missed payment.
To cancel service, OCSC MUST receive notice within 5 days of your due date as to avoid non-return item charges. Our Pick Up/Delivery Team is unable to make changes to your account.
